Menu includes: napkins, plastic plates, knives and forks. Chaffing dishes and 2 hour heat burners are provided to serve food from and to keep it warm. All dishes are available in half or full sizes.

Lasagne
Our home made classic Bolognaise sauce layered with lasagna sheets and cheese sauce toppped with grated Cheddar and Parmesan cheese.

Chicken and Vegetable Lasagne
Our own spin on the classic. A sauce of chicken and roasted vegetables layered with pasta sheets and topped with grated cheese.

Spinach and Three Cheese Canneloni
Pasta tubes filled with our blend of spinach, ricotta, Cheddar and Parmesan, topped with a tomato and basil ragout and finished with a sprinkle of shredded cheese.

Thai Green Chicken Curry
A blend of Thai spices, coconut cream and baked chicken pieces (no bones). Finished with fresh lime and coriander.

Beef Stroganoff
A classic Russian favorite of beef strips slowly cooked with onion and mushrooms, finished with sour cream and potato straws.

Cottage Pie
Traditional minced beef simmered with our blend of herbs and topped with cheesey mashed potato.

Roast Beef
Marinated beef oven roasted and served pre sliced with hot gravy.
