Our salads are the perfect accompaniment to our baguettes and platters, or for working lunches and buffet meals. All salads come prepared in disposable containers.

Greek Salad
Cucumber, capsicum, tomatoes, red onion, feta cheese and Kalamatta olives dressed with extra virgin olive oil and fresh herbs.

Caesar Salad
Fresh baby Cos lettuce, crisp pancetta, shaved Parmesan, hard boiled egg and garlic croutons finished with our own anchovy free dressing. Add chicken or Smoked Salmon.

Baby Spinach
Fresh baby spinach leaves tossed with roast sweet potato and topped with a feta crumble and toasted pine nuts.

Traditional Potato salad
Baby potatoes, shaved leg ham, hard boiled egg, tossed with a light seeded mustard mayonnaise.

German Potato salad
Baby potatoes, with capers, dill, gherkins, boiled egg and seeded mustard mayonnaise.

Duo Potato salad
Baby potatoes, sweet potatoes, hard boiled egg, tossed with a light seeded mustard mayonnaise.

Garden Salad
Mixed baby greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber and fresh basil dressed with extra virgin olive oil.

Coleslaw
A traditional favourite of mixed shredded cabbage, carrot and onion blended with a light mayonnaise and finished with plump sultanas.
